Rat Odors
If you have Rats or Mice nesting in your attic, garage or other parts of your home, you will have noticed a bad odor. Rats leave a greasy trail where they run. Additionally, as they do not have bladders, they leave urine trails everywhere they go. Rats are especially prone to living in pink insulation in your attic. One of the best ways to eliminate a rat problem is to have all the insulation in the attic removed. After finding and plugging all the holes larger than the size of a quarter, the area can be treated with an enzymatic cleaner.
