Carpet Odors
Frequently, new carpeting can produce out-gassing from the materials used to produce the carpeting and/or out-gassing from the adhesives used to secure the carpeting in place. In addition, on some occasions, the steam and/or chemicals used in carpet cleaning can exacerbate this odor. We have successfully treated many homes and businesses for these conditions, since the FreshStart by Prompt Care® process is effective in eliminating carbon and/or or sulphur based odors, which account for the vast majority of the new carpet out-gassing.
